Incredibly accommodating staff. Our room was comfortable and offered central heating and a radio. Food was well priced. Easy access to Dunedin airport, within 30 km.

Everything was GREAT, including location and rooms, overall value for money. Breakfast is available for 15 nzd per person. Fantastic hospitality from the clean up staff. It was close enough to Saint Kilda Beach. Plus, it's 300 metres of the lake.

The bed was comfy, best sleep ever. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose ocean beach. Cinta Satay, which can be found only 400 m away, was a fast dining option. Next to the airport, 25 km...
